The gluten-free baking all began in 2012. My first professional bakery was born in 2016 – Free Food Georgia. In 2018, it transformed into a physical location (The Green Spork) outside Savannah. We sold it in 2021 after buying a home on SSI in 2020. After several months of rest and planning…. I started baking again and launched Beach Bum Bakery!! I’m a Beach Bum and I bake, so it makes sense, hey? 🙂

Menu for Tues, Oct 11th
It’s a big menu this week, y’all! Trying to keep it interesting and flavorful. I added in chocolate donuts again this week, as customer mentioned she was sad she was out of town for them this week. Talk to me! I am here to make you happy!!

That being said…
thoughts on fresh pasta and a sandwich sized sourdough loaf? And do you have wishes for the holidays? I can’t read your minds! (I really do try!)

PS Priority Shipping rates went up a scooch – I’m working through some commercial pricing… but for now it’s up about $1.50/box.

The Menu

Sourdough Loaf (GF, V) $7 a short, dense baguette with a very slight tang. Has a strong, chewy crust. *pictured above, second row up – far left

Roasted Garlic Twist w/Feta (GF, V) $7 for three
A soft roll, laden with roasted garlic & feta, brushed with roasted garlic olive oil and a sprinkle of rosemary salt. A savory party in your mouth!

Everything Muffins  (GF, V, +nuts) $3 each
So excited to introduce you to these muffins! Full of tangy apples and sweet carrots. Cranberries & pecans too. 

Double Chocolate Donuts (GF, V) $3 ea
Moist cake donut dotted with chocolate chips. Freezes very well, so you can ration this tasty treat as needed! *a re-do again this week for my customers who were out of town! 🙂

Cinnamon Rolls (GF, +eggs) $4.50 ea or 6 (in a round tin) $24 *pricing adj
My fluffy original cinnamon rolls with citrus glaze! Reheat deliciously in microwave, with steam… (directions included!)

Triple Almond Biscotti (GF, +egg, +nuts)  $9 for six
This traditional flavored biscotti gets its “triple” label from whole almonds, almond extract and sweet amaretto! A great crunch and a must have (for me & my husband at least) with a morning latte! 

Breakfast Cookies #1 (w/chocolate chips) (GF, V, +nuts) $5 for two; 10% off when you order +dozen! *Please forgive the modest pricing adjustment. 
Grain free! Chia, pumpkin & sunflower seeds grace my sweet almond based vanilla dough along with chopped pecans, coconut slices and a touch of vegan chocolate chips. A hearty grab-n-go start to your day! Store very well in freezer – my fave way to eat! 

Flour Blends from Authentic Foods! (3-lb bags) I use these blends in some of my creations! Their website offers many awesome recipes, so you can DIY at home! *Limited quantities, as this is a test.

Well-tested instructions and techniques included with all dry ingredients! All mixes are GF and you can opt to add vegan options in for dairy and eggs.

Chocolate Cupcakes (GF, V) $12
Make a dozen and learn some tips as you follow my useful directions. Parchment cupcake liners incl. Frosting not incl.

Cinnamon Rolls  $20
Makes nine rolls. All the dry ingredients you need plus super detailed instructions! Eggs suggested in directions, but you can easily veganize!

Send an email to Confirmation of order will come as a reply with an invoice by Monday late morning. DEADLINE to order is Monday at noon.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please reach out with inquiries regardless of time frame, as you never know what I may be able to conjure up. Try to allow at least TWO WEEKS notice and there is a minimum order of $50. Keep in mind that I’m a single, small batch baker 🙂 but I’ll consider all requests!
