The gluten-free baking all began in 2012. My first professional bakery was born in 2016 – Free Food Georgia. In 2018, it transformed into a physical location (The Green Spork) outside Savannah. We sold it in 2021 after buying a home on SSI in 2020. After several months of rest and planning…. I started baking again and launched Beach Bum Bakery!! I’m a Beach Bum and I bake, so it makes sense, hey? 🙂

First up:
Creekside fresh air market!

This will be my first market there and I’m so excited for this gorgeous venue! There will be new items and lots of variety! *I’ll post on social media if I sell out before the market shuts down!

Second up: if I don’t sell out….

Burger Buns (GF, nut free, +egg), 3 for $8
Soft, but low moisture. Exactly what a bun should be! Great for breakfast sandwiches too! Slice and freeze!

Oat/Coconut Lime Bars (GF, +dairy) $4 ea
I gluten-cheated and ate one at Starbucks on a recent roadtrip, and now I need them consistently in my life! Dairy comes from the lime cream cheese frosting, butter and small sprinkle of white chocolate chips, which also keep it from being a “healthy” treat LOL! But “healthy” isn’t always the goal!

Breakfast Cookies #2 (GF, V, +nuts)  $5/2-pack

Grain free! Chia, pumpkin & sunflower seeds in a slightly cinnamon spiced almond vanilla dough. Cranberries, hemp hearts, pecans & coconut shreds create a fun and satisfying texture!
Store very well in freezer – my fave way to eat! 


Flour Blends from Authentic Foods! (3-lb bags) I use these blends in some of my creations! Their website offers many awesome recipes, so you can DIY at home! *Limited quantities.

Well-tested directions and techniques included with all dry ingredients! All mixes are GF and you can opt to sub vegan options.

Sandwich Loaf (GF, V) $12
Just add liquids and bake a beautiful loaf of gluten free sandwich bread! You kitchen will smell delightful and you’ll be so happy (so will your tastebuds!)

Chocolate Cupcakes (GF, V) $12
Make a dozen soft & moist cupcakes and learn some tips as you follow my useful directions. Parchment cupcake liners recommended. Frosting not incl.

Cinnamon Rolls (GF, V) $20
Makes nine rolls. All the dry ingredients you need plus super detailed instructions! Eggs suggested in directions, but you can easily veganize!

Please reach out with inquiries. At least TWO WEEKS notice is mandatory, and there is a minimum order of $50. Keep in mind that I juggle a couple businesses, so I may not be available to bake for you. Sorry!

I disclose allergens on menus and list all ingredients with care/instructions or directly on the item. If you have a severe allergy or intolerance beyond gluten, please reach out to confirm AND make a note of your food trigger on your order email. Then I can take extra precautions!

Cross contamination for nuts is probable, as there are ample nuts in my kitchen.

Corn allergies: the powdered sugar and one flour blend that I use contain a small amount of cornstarch. Please reach out if you have a corn allergy, so we can discuss.
