The gluten-free baking all began in 2012. My first professional bakery was born in 2016 – Free Food Georgia. In 2018, it transformed into a physical location (The Green Spork) outside Savannah. We sold it in 2021 after buying a home on SSI in 2020. After several months of rest and planning…. I started baking again and launched Beach Bum Bakery!! I’m a Beach Bum and I bake, so it makes sense, hey? 🙂

MENU for week of May 22nd

French Baguette Style Loaf (GF, V) $5 my newest bread invention! Light & airy. Superb thin crust, not too chewy! Whole loaf can be “refreshed” in oven for that crisp/hot “fresh bread” experience! Slice options: toast or steam!

Hamburger Buns – (GF, nut free, +egg)  $7 for three
Soft, but low moisture. Exactly the texture that a bun should have! Great for breakfast sandwiches too! Perfect at room temp, or toast for extra texture!

Biscotti – Peach & Pecan (+egg, +nuts) $9 for six
Ghost Coast Peach whiskey, dried peaches & pecans! Excellent with a latte or whiskey! Such a cool flavor!

GRAIN FREE Breakfast Cookies (GF, +nuts) $7 for three
Chia , pumpkin & sunflower seeds grace my sweet almond based vanilla dough along with chopped pecans, coconut and a touch of rich vegan chocolate. A hearty grab-n-go start to your day with 4 g protein and 14 g net carbs! Store very well in freezer – my fave way to eat!
NOTE: CAN request no chocolate chips…. Will increase seeds instead!

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Must allow at least TWO WEEKS notice and there will be a minimum order. Please reach out with inquiries. Keep in mind that I’m a small batch baker 🙂 but I’ll consider all requests, no matter the size!
