My past and present… a constant evolution.

In 2011, a naturopath identified that I was gluten intolerant. I spent a decade “healing my gut” (aka learning about and removing trigger foods and caring my personal gut health with intention and education). In 2024, my healthcare provider ordered blood tests that showed that I’d cured myself! I have zero food intolerances that can be identified via blood testing!

How can I help YOU on your food journey? I am not a dietician nor am I a nutritionist. I’m just someone who’s fought the same battles in a similar war to yours!

The gluten-free baking all began in 2011. My first professional bakery was born in 2016 – Free Food Georgia. In 2018, it transformed into a physical location (The Green Spork) outside Savannah. We sold it in 2021 after buying a home on St Simons Island in 2020. After several months of rest and planning…. I started baking again and became The Beach Bum Baker! 2023 the adventures continued with closing the bakery, relocating back up to Savannah (to facilitate the husband’s career pivot) and publishing a cookbook…. and now I’m writing another book that is travel based.
