Life evolved.
Now I call two coastal communities “home”…

The major lesson of my last two decades is to enjoy the journey and don’t obsess on the final destination. Hiccups & detours happen. They’re often the catalysts for the good stuff along the scenic route. It really feels like I’m just along for the ride, and as I enter this third act of my life, I think that may actually be the point!

What I know now for sure: Life is so intertwined, entangled & intricately connected. Across and between borders of countries, cities and lives. We are all tied to each other… our energy and vibrations are intermingled. Connection is everywhere. Our brains & bodies are tied to our guts. Our gut is linked to our mind and nervous system. They all drive our health, thoughts & actions. We can start to heal the world by healing ourselves.

Balance is key and perspective is everything, and it all needs to be nourished, supported & loved

I was/am The Beach Bum Baker…..

Since the gluten intolerance diagnosis in 2012, I created several bakeries and then wrote a cookbook to empower others to BAKE GLUTEN FREE! Feel free to reach out with questions…

I’ve always been a coach, not of athletes, but rather of normal people. Employees, friends, students, family… I earned a *Holistic Life Coach* certification in 2021 and I took another big step in 2024….. But both adventures in learning have delivered me to wanting to pursue different paths than what I thought I was choosing. Life’s funny that way.

“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”

– Dolly Parton

Evolve.

We are meant to change. To grow. To evolve. Our journey is a squiggly line… Enjoy the ride!

Me. Three years old.
Me in 2020 with my son, Henry.
Be.

Be the change you wish to see in the world!

Gandhi didn’t actually say this, but it’s a nice summary of the actual quote to the right… but the depth of the message is missing.
Intend.

“We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.”

~ Mahatma Gandhi
