Heal your body! Heal your Life!
I believe that peace, joy and wellness dwell within all of us — but sometimes we need a little support as we locate them and secure our balance, again and again.
A reflexology session is a smooth and joyful journey. Through focused, hands-on techniques applied to specific points on the feet — where nerve pathways connect to systems throughout the body — positive intention and conscious touch allow me to support you as you travel closer to your goals. My mission is to create a relaxing and safe environment in which you can reach that blissful state where the nervous system calms, allowing your mind, body and spirit to settle closer to balance. This is where healing begins, and it’s a meaningful step in the pursuit of vibrant, whole health. It is my sincere hope that this state of wellbeing and homeostasis stays with you long after you leave.
You’ll remain fully clothed throughout, removing only your shoes and socks, as we spend 75 minutes together — 50 of them hands-on — dedicated entirely to your journey toward balance. I became credentialed in reflexology in 2016 at the Academy of Ancient Reflexology in St. Augustine, Florida.

Techniques used in reflexology stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems, supporting the body’s efforts to function optimally. The Reflexology Association of America recognizes it worldwide as a distinct complementary practice within the holistic health field — and clients who experience it understand why. To watch someone relax so effortlessly, slip into bliss, and shift into the healing parasympathetic state of the nervous system — all through conscious work with their feet — is one of the great privileges of this practice.
I earned my Reflexology Certification in 2016 via the illustrious Karen Ball and her Academy of Ancient Reflexology in St. Augustine, Florida.
