My life evolved and I moved to an island….
I’m certainly not complaining, but this isn’t where I thought I’d end up!
Six years ago, I didn’t even know this island existed! We lived in Texas. Before that we lived in Johannesburg, Hamburg, Chester (in England) and Seattle.
The major lesson of my last two decades is to enjoy the journey and don’t obsess on the final destination. Hiccups & detours happen. They’re often the catalyst for the good stuff along the scenic route. It really feels like I’m just along for the ride, and as I enter this second half of my life, I think that may actually be the point!
I wear many hats…. Entrepreneur. Reflexologist. Writer. Coach. Food Witch. Airbnb Hostess. Plant Lover. Barefoot Optimist. Island Dreamer. Choosing is exhausting, so I don’t!
What I know now: Life is so intertwined, entangled & intricately connected. Our brains & bodies are tied to our guts. Our gut is linked to our mind and nervous system. They drive our thoughts & actions. We are all tied to each other… our energy and vibrations are intermingled.
Balance is key and perspective is everything.
It all needs to be nourished, supported & loved.
I can help with that!
I bake gluten free breads and sweets via my small batch, cottage food bakery here on St Simons Island, GA. Great flavors & textures. Mostly dairy free, often 100% plant based too! Click above to learn more.
I call it “Approach Coaching”. I don’t want to say I’m a Life Coach. I’m not. (Although, I’m certified as one.)
I’m not here for the rest of your Life. I’m a partner and sidekick for how you approach NOW, or “this portion of the Life Journey”, not its entirety.
Stay in our relaxing guest apartment. Lots of quiet outdoor space with birds and fish on a private lake, just minutes from St Simons Island beaches!

We are meant to change. To grow. To evolve. Our journey is a squiggly line… Enjoy the ride!
Be the change you wish to see in the world!Gandhi didn’t actually say this, but it’s a nice summary of the actual quote to the right… but the depth of the message is missing.
“We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.”
~ Mahatma Gandhi
